With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forrest Arceneaux Jr. of Youngsville, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest P. Arceneaux Sr. and Hazel Touchet; his brothers, Willis P. Arceneaux, Michael J. Arceneaux, Ricky J. Arceneaux and Carrol A. Arceneaux; his grandparents, Lynn J. Arceneaux, Ernestine Blanchard, Desiree Touchet and Altee Romero; and his father-in-law Larry Dunkin.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Lynn Arceneaux of Youngsville; his former wife Deborah Dunkin; his mother-in-law Darlene Dunkin; his stepsons, Murphy Darby (Tanya) of Youngsville, Jason Dunkin of Broussard, Timothy D. Lovell Sr. (Araceli) of Spring Texas and Michael Lovell of Northeast Houston; his grandchildren, Joshua Darby, Alexis Franciol, Ashlyn Franciol, Hannah Dunkin, Caylee Maturin, Mia Lovell, Nick Martinez, Eduardo Martinez and Timothy Lovell Jr. (TJ); and his siblings, Audrey Blanchard (Lester) of Youngsville, Shirley A. Arceneaux of Erath, Barbara Poirrie (Rodney) of St. Martinsville, Annie Blanchard (Steven) of Breaux Bridge, Yvonne Louviere (Neil) of Youngsville, Harris P. Arceneaux of Coteau, Russell J. Arceneaux (Sarah) of Youngsville and Alvin Arceneaux (Jenny) of Erath. He is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.
