She was predeceased by: her husband James K. Briley; her parents, Adam Lagrange and Lelia Sebastian; and her siblings, Adam Lagrange, Jr. and Mildred Lagrange Dupre.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marjie Breaux (Louis) of Lafayette, Jennifer Houston (Brett) of Miami and Ann Gary (Leroy) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Lauren B. Stevens (Jim) of Baton Rouge, Claire Breaux of Baton Rouge, Aaron Breaux (Simone) of Lafayette, Jacob Breaux of Lafayette, Will Houston of Miami, Jack Houston of Miami, Ross Gary of Crestone and Ben Gary (Lauren) of Broussard; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Max, Eli, Ben Stevens, Isaac, Ana Katherin Gary, James and Eleanor Breaux; and her sister-in-law Hermina Lagrange of Opelousas.
