He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Bergeron Sr. and Nilda Perrera Bergeron; and his sisters, Nancy Russo and Willow Killion. He is survived by: his son-in-law Travis; his former wife Diane Bergeron of Berwick; his daughters, Sharon Gates (Dirk) of Lafayette and Cherie Dietz (Travis) of Youngsville; his grandchildren, Brittany Dietz and Robert Howerter (Zoe Gates); his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Kolten Howerter; and his brother Terry Bergeron (Kathy).
The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
