With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Levell Simmons Sr. of Youngsville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 12, 2022 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Levell Simmons and Cheryl Amelia Mudd. He is survived by: his siblings, William Matthew Simmons, Daniel Ray Simmons, Adarena Elizabeth "Missy" Duhon, Amelia Marie Vallot and Marisa Annette Townsend; his children, Misti Lyn Simmons, David Levell Simmons, Jr. and Kristopher James Turner; and his close friend Angela Marie Robinson.
In lieu of flowers donations are requested by the family to defray funeral expenses.
