He was predeceased by: his father Allen Joseph Romero; and his grandparents, Arvellian, Eula Romero, Douglas and Elina Rouly.

He is survived by: his son Blake Romero (Abigail); his mother Maudry Rouly Romero; his brothers, Jason Romero (Julie) and Daniel Romero; and his close friend Michelle Gresham. He is also survived by five nieces and a nephew.
