He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Matthews and Ruby Matthews; his wife Della Matthews; and his son Dewayne Matthews. He is survived by: his son Randy (Liz); his grandchildren, Dustin (Kelly), Lynzee, Justin (Alanna Perkins) and Ashlee Matthews; his great grandchildren, Brennan and Lane; his niece Jeannie Stewart (Mack); his great-niece Jerrilyn Vaughn (West); and his children, Justin, Ashlee and Vicki Matthews. He is also survived by his kids, adored his grandkids and treasured his great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
