It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louisa Hartigan Phillips (Woodworth, Louisiana), who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Hartigan and Edward Hartigan; her daughter Sandra Louisa Phillips; her brother Frank Hartigan; and her former husband Jerry Judson Phillips.
She is survived by: her spouse Air Force Master Sergeant; her son Wayne J. E. Phillips; her brothers, James and Leslie Hartigan; her sisters-in-law, Eileen Hartigan, Shirley Hartigan and Barbara Hartigan; and her daughter Terri Moses-Allen. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; an ever expanding number of great nieces and nephews.
