He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marion Monk and Pattie Kirkpatrick Monk; his grandparents, Solomon Edgar Kirkpatrick, Carrie Ophelia Ashmore Kirkpatrick, Earl Champion Monk and Joy Chlotielia Bennett Monk; and his sister Alishia Monk Fredricks.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Monk; his children, Cody Monk, Phil Monk (Mandee) and Amanda Monk Glorioso; his granddaughters, Marlee Monk, Kylie Glorioso and Harper Tristan; and his brothers, Greg Monk (Betty) and Randy Monk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
