He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dub" and Lottie Mae Roberts; and his siblings, Lois Craig and Huey Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Roberts of Wisner; his children, Tena Hardie (Stephen) of Jonesville, Leon Roberts, Jr. of Wisner, Ted Batey and Jason Warshol of Birmingham, AL; and his grandchildren, Shelly Mabry of Crowville, Tommy Hutchinson (Rebecca) of Winnsboro, Jeremy Roberts of Wisner, Lorn Roberts of Wisner and Logan Roberts of Start. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Mulhearn Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
