He is survived by: his son Brad; his grandsons, Grayson and Taylor; his sister Brenda Kimball (A. J.) of Gilbert; and his caregivers, Kim Phillips, Tami Haring and Sharon Young. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
