He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chaisson and Frances Billiot Chaisson; his siblings, Reggie, Herbert Chaisson, Hank Colghin and Earline Chaisson; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Chaisson and Henry Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Chaisson and Penny Chaisson; and his siblings, Richard (Adeline), Willis (Rita Fay), Curtis Chaisson, Mildred Blanchard, Darline Reynolds (Scottie) and Dorajean Reynolds (Bucky). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
