He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bingham and Stella Bingham; his former wife Ruby Bailey Bingham; his wife Elizabeth Dilley Bingham; his siblings, Joe Bingham, Claude Bingham and Jimmie Bingham Stringer; and his granddaughter Heather Bingham.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Ernest Bingham (Karen) and Alisa Bingham Nelson; his stepson Wade Burlew; and his grandchildren, Carmen Whittington (Keith), Kaitlyn Bingham, Hannah Bingham, Chet Graham (Venessa) and Ashley Graham. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, family and friends.
