He is survived by: his wife Rita Ulmer of Winnsboro, LA; his children, Amy Steen (Glenn) of Marco Island, FL, Robert G. Ulmer, Jr. (Terri) of Vicksburg, MS., Todd Ulmer (Leigh Ann) of Chase, LA, Jared Wilson (Karen) of Winnsboro, LA and John Ulmer (Victoria) of Winnsboro, LA; his grandchildren, Brittany Walker, Victoria Ulmer, Ian Ulmer, Andrew Ulmer, Devin Norwood, Jalyn Wilson, Justin Wilson, Stephen Ulmer and Mary Ellie Ulmer; his great grandchild Preston Norwood; his brothers, Ray Ulmer, J. B. Ulmer and Dalton Ulmer; and his brother-in-law John Sam Barfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
