She is survived by: her husband Prospect Church; her daughters, Linda Sampson (Marvin) of Newbern, Brenda McCormack (Nathan) of Dyersburg, Glenda Severs (Brad) of Chandler and Barbara Couch (Michael) of Winnsboro, Louisiana; her siblings, Leonard Farmer (Beverly) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma and Peggy Ritter of Joplin, Missouri; her grandchildren, Bobby Sampson, Joel Sampson (Gina), Brent Sampson, Becky Huey (Justin), Brian McCormack (Keisha), Bradley McCormack (Jolene), Stephen Couch (Kandy), Shawn Couch (Deena) and Marla West (J. T.); and her great grandchildren, Kara Sampson, Brayton Sampson, River Sampson, Trestan Sampson, Kayla Huey, Trevor Huey, Emma Grace McCormack, Bowdire McCormick, Colton Epperson, Madeline Couch, Mallory Couch, Merriel Couch and Ashley Kelly.
