With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Rhymes of Winnsboro, Louisiana, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Rhymes and Emma Rhymes; her brother Ronnie Rhymes; and her daughter Sandy Kay Carter. She is survived by: her children, Shelly McLendon (Johnny), Patricia Chrisulis (Andrew) and Eddie Carter (Sonni); her grandchildren, Jonathan McClendon, Hunter Ray, Melanie McLendon, Drew Smith, Dalton Carter, Joni Kay Carter and Stewart Wise; her great grandchildren, Jase McLendon, Audrey Ray, Dayton Smith, Grayson Smith and Weston Levi Hill; and her sisters, Monnie Mercer (Johnny) and Lou Ann Parker (Danny).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
