He was predeceased by: his sister Annie Chapin. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Chapin of Winnsboro; his child Leslie Ann Fitzwater (Rush) of Rayville; his grandson Dalton Fitzwater; his son Timothy Lance Chapin of New Orleans; his mother Patsy Payne; his brother Jerry Lee Chapin of Winnsboro; and his nephew Hunter Smith of Winnsboro.
