She is survived by: her husband William David Ellington of Sharpsburg, Kentucky; her son Derek Thomas Ellington (Rebecca); her granddaughters, Clara, Laura and Taylor Ellington of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.; her sister Patsy Cook Wilson (Jim) of Georgetown, KY; her sister-in-law Denise Cook; her aunt Nancy Collins Anderson of Georgetown, KY; her sister-in-law Mary Ellington Bach (Mike); her nephew Steven Bach (Richelle) of Mt. Sterling; and her cousins, Thomas Anderson (Rhoda) of Pikeville, KY, Mary Anderson Tanke (Paul) of Winter Haven, Laurel Tanke of Winter Haven and Heather Tanke of Winter Haven.
