James W. Aymond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Aymond (Winnsboro, Louisiana), born in Vick, Louisiana, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Aymond and Avy Aymond; his wife Margaret Aymond; his children, Charles Aymond, Bruce Aymond (Jo Jo) and Laura Aymond; and his siblings, Wilma Whittington, Doris Lux, Margaret Howard, Hazel Bumpous, J. W. Aymond, Louis Aymond, Jr. and Huey Aymond.
He is survived by: his children, James Aymond, Jr. (Linda) of Dubach and Nikki Aymond of Wisner; his sister Aleane Sheridan of Katy; his daughter Lisa Aymond of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Wesley Aymond (Michelle) of Winnsboro, David Aymond (Karra) of Leesville, Jesseca Schweiger (Nathan) of Dodson, Christie Nelson (Andy) of West Monroe, Lindsay Aymond of Marthaville, Danielle Smith (Derek) of Dubach, Michael Donald (Krista) of Wisner and Victoria Andrews (Richard) of Wisner. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dennard First National Funeral Home (6637 Main St, Winnsboro, LA 71295).
