He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cleon "Humpy" LaBorde and Odean Weaver LaBorde. He is survived by: his wife Judy W. LaBorde; his children, Scott LaBorde, Sharon LaBorde Boothe (Alex) and Greg LaBorde (Becca); his grandchildren, Ava Boothe (Tyler), Indya Boothe Pruitt (Hunter) and Mollie LaBorde; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Josephine Pruitt, Owen, Jenson LaBorde and Colton Easterling; and his siblings, Dale LaBorde (Linda), Patsy White (Dale), Janie Williams (Ken), Freddy Joe LaBorde and Kay Casiday (Lynn).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dennard First National Funeral Home (6637 Main St, Winnsboro, LA 71295). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Crowville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Campers on Mission or Point of Life Community Church, reflecting his giving spirit.
