Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Emily Meriwether of Winnsboro, Louisiana, born in Crowville, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 87, on November 25, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie McDougle and Martha Craven McDougle; her husband Nick Meriwether; her siblings, Walter McDougle, Mittie Lou McCaa and Alice Jackson; and her grandson Bradly Meriwether.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Meriwether (David Cox) of Independence, MO and Nicky (Rhonda Meriwether) of Shelbyville, IN; her grandchildren, Hope Cox, Chrystal Peralta of Independence, MO and Kasey (Shirlee Meriwether) of Shelbyville, IN; and her sisters, Rosie Sikes of Winnsboro, LA and Trudie Bratton of West Monroe, LA.. She is also survived by four great- grandchildren.
