He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth, David, Robbie Mullins, Tammy Jo Mullins and Minnie Mullins (Tiny); and his stepchildren, Kevin Emfinger (Patti), Pam Ezell (Ronnie), Tyeece Tallent (Jerron), Earl Shank, Mary Ann Neathery, Edna Fife and Bonnie Collinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
