We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2024, at the age of 79, Billy Earl McVay of Winnsboro, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Billy Earl may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Willie, Charles, L. T. McVay, Lillian McKay and Pat Woodall.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Mathews (Gary) and Randy McVay (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Cody, Cameron, Maddie Mathews, Chloe, Randi Claire McVay and Charlie Lord. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wayside Pentecostal Church (5054 LA-4, Winnsboro, LA 71295).
