She was predeceased by: her father William Leach; her former husband Charlie Meadows; her son Charles Clay Meadows; her brothers, Sam Leach and Henry Leach; and her grandsons, CHris Meadows and Eric Glover.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Meadows, Lena Barrett (Fred), Patricia Bartley (Roger) and Charlotte Glover; her sister Virginia Dale; and her grandchildren, Kathy Glover, Roger Wayne Tapp and Sherry Tapp. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
