He is survived by: his wife Frances D. Garner; his children, David Garner (LaLou) and Leigh Ann "Sissy" Garner; his granddaughters, Ashton Ward (Austin) and Rebecca Garner; and his great grandchild Mary-Frances Ward "Francie". He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
