He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Boyer and Hazel Boyer; and his brother David Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Elda Cavazos Boyer; his children, Lee Cavazos, Angel Nugent (Scott), Katie Stewart (Savanna) and Amanda Boyer; his grandchildren, Avery Cook, Kaylyn Nugent, Dalton Nugent, Draven Hilliard and Tayson Nugent; and his sister Pam Cockerham.
