She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Smith; her parents, Sam Hubbard and Etta Hubbard; and her brothers, Eugene, Bubba and Tommy Hubbard.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Henry (Gary), Robert Smith (Scott) and Brenda Usrey (Mickey); her brother Percy Hubbard; and her sisters-in-law, Vicki Hubbard and Nell Fisher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
