He is survived by: his children, Shree Toal (George), Tamara Miles (Jonathan) and Thomas "Tommy" Latham III (Jean); his stepdaughter Lisa Williams (Thomas); his grandchildren, Seth Crawford, Shelley Crawford Pleasant, Brooke Latham, Kaci Latham and Chelsey Miles Kelley; his stepgrandson Thomas Williams Jr.; and his sisters, Jeanne Franks of Winnfield and Betty Holleman of Winnfield. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
