He was predeceased by : his father Ted; and his sister Virginia Garner Parker. He is survived by : his wife Liz Parker Garner; his daughters, Debra Jordan (Bubba) and Rebecca Jordan (B. J.); his grandchildren, Dustin, Tyler, Tracy, Selena, Amber, Aaron and Noah; and his siblings, Betty Roshto (Greg), Wanda McDaniel (Ricky) and Rickey Garner (Jamie). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Funeral Home (202 E Lafayette St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
