He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard N. Cotton, III and Charlene Bryant Cotton. He is survived by: his son Roy "Bubba" Cotton, Jr.; and his brothers, Richard (Donna), Donald (Suzanne), Frederick (Karen), David (Martha) and Joseph. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Southern Funeral Home (202 E Lafayette St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Hill Cemetery.
