It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dewey Montiville Jr. of Winnfield, Louisiana, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Montiville, Sr. (Barbara) and Betty Montiville; his father-in-law Dr. Johnny Jones (Mona); his stepgrandson Dylan Stinson; his great grandchild Rowan Stinson; and his sister-in-law Voncille Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Montiville; his sons, Shane Anthony Montiville (Katie Buzzetta), Chad Stinson and Blake Stinson; his grandchildren, Beckett, Callie Montiville, Graham, Garrin, Devon and Kierstyn Stinson; his great grandchild Charleigh Stinson; and his sister Teresa Ledet (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2888 US-84, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
