He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Franks of Winnfield, LA; his sons, Michael Franks (Carla) and Darrell Franks (Sherry); his grandchildren, Rachel Hancock (Chad), Melissa Gruver (Anthony), Ashley Franks, Michael Franks II (Amanda), Matthew Franks and Preston Franks; and his great grandchildren, Mila, Chance Hancock, Ashton, Michaella Gruver, Michael Franks III, Ella Gassiot, Asher, Remington, Oakleigh and Wesson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Greater Pentecostal Church (5484 US-167, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
