He was predeceased by: his daughter LaRonda Nicole Spangler; and his father Andrew Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Freda Lunsford Spangler; his sons, Andrew Spangler (Molly) and Randy Spangler (Leigh-Ann); his mother Doris Roy Spangler; his siblings, Bobby Spangler, Donna Spangler, Tina Erickson and Dee Gwin; and his grandchildren, Drew Spangler, Becca Spangler, Gus Spangler and Trevor Spangler.
