He was predeceased by: his mother Jean O'Neal Howell; his stepfather John Howell; his sisters, Mary Ellen Howell and Phyllis Rodgers; his grandparents, Claude, Laura O'Neal, Morgan Lee and Sadie Howell; and his uncle Bobby O'Neal.
He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Bacle (David) of Jonesboro, Louisiana and Helen McGee of Jonesboro, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
