He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Bates Higgs; his children, Kenny Higgs and Bridgette Bartlett (Chase); his grandchildren, Tyler Hayes, Jaron Higgs, Jacob Higgs (Haley), Raelynn Bartlett, Anna Claire Bartlett and Kinsley Bartlett; his great grandchild Adelyn Higgs; and his sister Coynell Gresham (Paul) of Quitman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great friends.
