With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Ballio Thomisee of Winnfield, Louisiana, who passed away on March 20, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Willis Ballio and Annie Lee Thompson Ballio; her husband Jerry Thomisee; and her siblings, Leela Nored, Richard W. Ballio and James Ballio.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lewis Thomisee (Shelia) and Steven Harrison Thomisee; her grandchildren, Amber Ford, Beeahna Thomisee and Emily Thomisee; and her stepgrandsons, Justin Carter and Blake Carter. She is also survived by step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Dodson, a place that held her heart and where her faithful service will long be remembered.
