He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Blake and Fannie Corrine Caskey Blake; his brother Ronnie Lynn Blake; and his stepfather William Mac Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hudson Blake; his children, Shannon Blake (Jaime) and Kimberly Blake Leggett; his grandchildren, Taylor Leggett, Ashley Leggett, Gracie Blake, Rett Blake, Ronnie Leggett and John Robert Blake; and his brother Bobby Blake (Pam).
