He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ruth Hammer Wise and Thomas Leo Wise, Sr.; his sister Cheryl White; his granddaughter Olivia; and his niece Amanda Ritter.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson Wise of Winnfield; his children, Daniel Wise (Jessie) of Smyrna, TN, Hanna Wise Roark (Bradley) of Winnfield and Jeremy Wise (Jacie) of Calvin; and his siblings, Melba Boyd (Kenny) of Florida, Jerri Ashley (George) of Dodson, Tommy Wise of Atlanta and Billy Wise of Thibodaux. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (2777 LA-1232, Winnfield, LA 71483).
