He was predeceased by: his mother Vona Etoil Bustin; his stepfather Elree Morgan; and his stepsister Gail Kelly. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Vines and Barbara Morgan; and his stepsister Mary Ulery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
