He was predeceased by: his parents, Thell Rowell and Ina Pearl Rikard Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Harris Rowell; and his children, Teaven Redstone, Trenton Redstone, Wendy Rowell, Misty Lester (Doug), Jared Rowell (Courtney) and Katrinia Rowell (Brandon). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
