It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerald Bamburg of Winnfield, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bion Hampton Bamburg and Myrtis Rai Barksdale Bamburg; and his granddaughter Morgan Grady. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Powers Bamburg; and his children, Rhonda Adams (Dennis) and Jay W. Bamburg (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family request in lieu of flowers, that memorial donations please be made to the building fund of the First Baptist Church of Winnfield and or the athletics department of Winnfield Sr. High School.
