We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024, at the age of 94, Irene Austin Creasy of Winnfield, Louisiana, born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gus Austin and Ethel Tolley Austin; her husband Franklin Russell Creasy, Sr.; her son Franklin Russell Creasy, Jr.; and her siblings, Dewey "Red" Austin, Joseph Thomas Austin, James Edward Austin and Patricia Austin Pauley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Cotton (Richard) and Sandra Creasy McCauley (Mike); her grandchildren, Richard Cotton, IV, Shonney Cotton, John Clay Johnson, Deborah Johnson, Theresa Falke and James Johnson; and her sister Marie Ramsey. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
