He was predeceased by: his wife Willa Dee Dow; his parents, Frank Albert Dow, Sr. and Ruby Slaughter Dow; and his brothers, Joe Michael Dow, James Clinton Dow and Charles Donell Dow.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda "Sissy" Dow Dubois (Ronnie); his siblings, Wayne Dow (Jan), Robert Dow (Pat), Francis McDonald (Tony), Juanita Dow and Vorice George; his grandchildren, Melissa Lashley, Justin Dubois, Candice Gauthier, Blake Dubois and Stacy; his great grandchildren, Kimberly Brown, Mason Cormane, Maddie Cormane, Zoey Goss, Gabriel Dubois, Zaita Goss, Stella Dubois and Eastin Dubois; his great great grandchild Hadley Derosia; and his close friends, Gene Hyde, Buddy Leeper and Wolf. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
