She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Griffin and Gladys Griffin; her sister Betty Gray; and her great great grandchild Josh Womack Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Danny Goodwin; her children, Edith Ann Mitchell, Glenn Edward Helton (Janet), Anita Ann Davis (Greg), Jimmy Louice Helton (Katie), Gladys Jean Temple (Glen), Nina Gail Pendarvis (Joey) and Randy Eugene Waits; her stepchildren, Vanessa Hilliard (David), Tabbatha Hollis (Allen) and Patrick Goodwin; and her grandchildren, Jimmy, Randy, Ronnie, Ben Harrison, Daphanie, Stephanie, Greg Jr., Aubrey, Casey, Justin, James, Josh, Karter, BreAnna, Cassidy and Randy Jr.. She is also survived by great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Beulah Baptist Church (1386 Beulah Rd, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
