Doris Flournoy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Flournoy (Winnfield, Louisiana), who passed away on July 6, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wiley Hargrove and Mary Grace Alexander Hargrove; her husband William C. Flournoy, Jr.; her daughter Taffy Creel; her great grandchild Autumn VanBlaricum; and her siblings, John E. Hargrove, Lucille Roberts, Euleta Poulson and Sylvan Hargrove.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Franklin (Curtis) and Brett Flournoy (Shelly); her grandchildren, Christy VanBlaricum (Kyle), Chad Creel (Kim), Chase Creel (Theresa), Chesney Baxley and Erin Flournoy Johns; and her siblings, Coy Hargrove and Foy Hargrove.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
