It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn (Boyett) Short of Winnfield, Louisiana, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Allen Boyett, Jr. and Gracie Louise Boyett (Whatley); and her brothers, Gerald Boyett and Nelson Gene Boyett. She is survived by: her husband Weldon A. Short; and her siblings, Elaine Boyett Rachal (Glen), Roger Boyett (Edith) and Tim Boyett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
