He is survived by: his wife Margarette Neal; his son Charles Neal (Britton); his daughter-in-law Denise Neal; his grandchildren, Garret Neal (Shaylee), Brooke Neal, Ethan Neal, Wyatt Neal, Cooper Neal, Jenna Neal, Audrey Neal and Richard Neal; his great grandchild Levi Neal; and his sister Peggy Deen (Marlin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
