He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Greer and Frankie Hasley Greer. He is survived by: his wife Beth Cockerham Greer; his brother Henry Greer (Judy) of Quitman; his great-nephew Ayden Greer; his niece Connie Shackelford (Ricky); and his nephew Curtis Greer (Kristi).
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or New Jerusalem Baptist Church.
