He is survived by: his wife Reta Caraway (Green); his children, Dennis Caraway of Olla, DeWayne Caraway (Marilyn) of Tullos, Sandra Caraway of Olla, Brenda Jeffers (Leon) of Alexandria, Gwen Warren of Summerville Louisiana and Michael Couch (Tammy) of Summerville; and his brothers, Harold Caraway, Chester Caraway, Harvey Caraway, Norman Caraway and Elton Caraway.
