She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Couvillion Worthy, Sr. and Gertrude Estelle Lee Worthy; her husband Jim; her brothers, Walter C. Worthy, Jr. (Pat Worthy) and Dr. Sidney V. Worthy; and her siblings-in-law, Henry, Nadie Ainsworth Zeagler and Gene Vickers (Albert Vickers).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jon Zeagler (Sarah) of Natchitoches, LA, Jeff Zeagler (Staci) of Shreveport, LA, Jennifer Maggio (Chris) of Natchitoches, LA and Johanna Miller (Mark) of Shreveport, LA; her grandchildren, Cole Zeagler (Addison Shelton), Brock Zeagler, Luke Zeagler, Olivia Zeagler, Reed Zeagler, Melanie Maggio, Scott Maggio (Mary-Katherine Horton), Emily Maggio and Avery Miller; her sister-in-law Jan Worthy; and her grandson Cooper Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
