He was predeceased by: his parent Christopher Columbus "Kit" Guin; his wife Sybil Lee Guin (Essie Lee Hyde); and his siblings, Acy Guin, Tracey Guin, Leonard Guin, Willie "Mush" Guin, Thomas "Sambo" Guinand Charlie and Susie Guin Havard.
He is survived by: his parent Lucy Pearlie Smith Guin; his daughters, Betty Guin of Winnfield, Vicky Daigre (Henry) of Winnfield and Evelyn Hyde of Winnfield; and his brother Andrew "Snook" Guin of Ashland.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
